Comfort, clean and newly renovated, much better than expected, much better than 3 stars hotel in Paris! Agreed it's not in nice neighborhood, but nth bad happened in our 4 days stay, the staff were helpful.....

The location is perfect, just a short walk to the Universitat Metro Station, with access to explore Barcelona. The staff were friendly, always ready to help, and the room was tidy and cozy.

Street noise can be bothersome.

The breakfast meal was very good with a near by bakery and free coffee, as for instance. The service was good! The overall atmosphere was comfortable, nonetheless some staff members were very unpolite....  

Clean room with a nice tv and efficient air conditioning. The bed was really comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Location perfect for exploring, just a quick walk to Las Ramblas and the metro. Super nice team, arranged our taxi to the airport without extra cost, a real convenience. The area felt a bit gritty at night with noise from outside, which might be unsettling for some travelers. I enjoyed my stay but would suggest more options for breakfast.

We would prefer to have one double bed instead of two separate joint in one. The area was crowded and maybe not the safest zone although it was not a problem to us. Recommended basically for youth ppl

Everything was good enough, except for the room size. But finally it's not a big problem, cause we spent very few time inside the hotel.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk from both Las Ramblas and the Gothic Quarter. We had a very comfortable room with all the essentials, and the cleanliness was great throughout our stay. The staff arranged our taxi transport to the airport without any extra charges, which was hugely convenient. I particularly enjoyed starting my day with a lovely breakfast that had a good selection to choose from. It was a very pleasant experience for our family trip to see the local sights.

The staff were very helpful, gave great information, and went out of their way to help us during the Spanish General Strike. Agustina and Julian were especially helpful. We needed to stay extra nights and...  

Excellent location in the heart of El Ravel.

The location was ideal for sightseeing, eating and shopping. Plenty of places to buy ordinary things such as bottles of water and fruit.

The location is ideal, just a short walk from many attractions. Room 102 was clean, with a large bed and an efficient air conditioning system which ensured a comfortable night's sleep. Helpful staff and really good security provided peace of mind , though the hustle and bustle outside was a little overwhelming at times. While there's room for improvement, the positives certainly outweigh the negatives.

The food is fabulous with a great selection of options, including fresh bread, eggs and cheese. The rooms are neat and compact with miniature bathroom.
